After looking for the perfect counter stools, these fit the bill. I read the reviews the only neg. was assembly. I did not find it difficult but did notice a shortage of washers (as reported by several). I noticed they stick together easily looked at the mostly assembled stool there two were stuck together used as one! With each chair after that I found the same thing, just make sure as you open the pkgs that you separate the washers. The color was also a concern it is exactly as shown on the internet. They are comfortable I dont find the backing to be uncomfortable. Thank you everyone that reviewed this stool before me, it helped!

I really like this product. A minor disappointment in that one of the chairs has a scratch/flaw on the back of the chair. Not serious enough, however, to warrant an attempt to return it.

It adds so much character to our kitchen. The seat is quite large, so it makes the chair very comfortable. The backing is a bit hard, so maybe a tad uncomfortable for those who lean back a lot. But the beauty of the backing outweighs the comfort!!!

We put for of these stools at our island. We did not find them difficult to put together, it just takes a little time. The backs aren't very comfortable when you spend a time leaning back in them. The fabric on the seats has been easy to clean (we have 4 kids) which was a pleasant suprise. We really like them and you can't beat the price.

The bar stools are exactly what I wanted and are perfect in my kitchen. They are strong and sturdy yet comfortable too. Both stools were assembled within an hour. Instructions were clear and no parts were missing. Most people are surprised when I tell them where the bar stools were purchased. I would not hestitate to order from Wayfair again.

Customer Service was next to none. All representatives I spoke with provided excellent service. The bar stools were delivered to my home address via Purolator. They arrived undamaged as both boxes were packaged securely. As for delivery, the bar stools arrived sooner than expected.
